GOTS-certified organic cotton
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the world-leading standard for sustainable processing of textiles made from organically grown fibres (such as cotton). When a fabric is labelled as GOTS-certified, it has to meet environmental and social criteria that covers the processing, manufacturing, water and energy use, labelling, trading and distribution of all textiles made from at least 70% certified organic fibers. GOTS certification also ensures that no heavy metals and toxic chemicals are used in the fabric's production.
